Unfortunately I booked this hotel for its central location however was extremely disappointed. Had to have room changed 3 times due to issue with noise from outside. The music from the bars opposite goes on all night and stops around 5.30am so if you are planning on getting any rest stay away. I spoke to the manager on duty who was a lady and she advised I should have read the reviews and would have known the hotel was noisy. When I explained to her that it would be advisable to put this in the description to manage guest expectations she said she would take it to the sales manager. The rooms were unfortunately also not very clean and found hair on the bed sheets. An overall big disappointment and ruined my holiday in phuket.

I stayed here in 2018.. It was a bit noisy with all the bars, but shutting the doors and the music finished at 2pm, so not a big deal.. I returned December 14 this year, for ten days, on way back from Japan.. Found the rooms a bit tired looking.. The rooftop bar has long been closed. But.. There is now a club built below It closes at 1pm But.. It then opens for locals Till five am Because it's indoors they play music till the end.. The music reverberates through hotel.. I was off to the left and on the fifth floor.. Poor souls who were above the place.. Avoid this place.. unless you plan staying out till six am every night.

Khi đi tour báo ở khách sạn 4 sao nhưng thực tế so với các khách sạn ở Việt Nam chỉ 2-3 sao , khách sạn ngay khu vực trung tâm chợ đêm và các quán bia, đối diện Hard Rock cafe! Đi lại vui chơi thì rất thuận lợi và nhiều hàng quán nhưng đêm rất ồn! Đóng hết các cửa vẫn ồn, ai khó ngủ là khỏi ngủ luôn! It was really really very bed experience i have ever had. We had booked here from 27.01.24 to 30.01.24. We were 13 person among 8 people were 65+ years with age and we had booking of 6 rooms with 5 rooms with double occupancy & 1 room with triple occupancy. We reached at Ashlee Hub at 4.30am and requested to arrogant man who was on night duty at reception. We requested to that man we are ready for giving you extra THB for early check in only for 2 rooms but arrogant man has refused us so many times even he has refused for the water. The arrogant man also told me there were no room available but we have checked there were 3 to 4 rooms available but he has refused. Overall my experience was really very bed with ashlee hub to this man. Overall very noisy atmosphere surrounding the hotel. The morning lady was little bit coperative she has given the room at 12.30pm once we requested her for considering special request for senior citizens. I will never recommended to any one.
